Fly Windies - Logo Development

If this isn't the final logo then it is very close to being the final logo. I need to decide this and get on with implementation which I have a few good ideas about. I have tried applying this to a couple of different examples of business card formats. I think it looks best in black and white, but the colours I am attempting to represent are florescent.

I could consider an off-white/ tan colour or using a texture to represent an aged effect or like some kind of canvas/ old map texture which would link to the banner kind of design.
