ZFF - Tone of Voice

The tone of voice of the publication needs to be appropriately formal but also kind of ironic. Similar things of the time were very over the top to the extent that they are generally quite funny when read in the modern day. One way that i am approaching this is by accusing the Soviet Union of releasing the virus into the world's population, keeping in theme with the cold war of the time.

This is an example of  a cover page to go in the publication from a non existant director of the FBDA.
The signature is purposely vague and unrecognisable as a name.
