Metamorphosis

To begin the metamorphosis idea generating I made a quick brainstorm of ideas and links between different subjects of metamorphosis.

The main subjects that came out which caught my interest were

• The process of moulting skin in biology or the general process of age, e.g. Butterflies, Crickets, Snakes etc. 
• Metamorphosis of understanding through history, e.g. Maps
• The process of the generation of electricity from source to use

I will start by looking at the moulting in biology as I have some ideas about visuals to be produced already. The only problem is that this is the most obvious method of metamorphosis, and could be uninteresting to the public in concept. The same can be said for the other two, but they will require a bit more research.
