Yearbook Cover Design Idea

I came up with this idea for the cover design, which unifies all of the work under one pattern. On both sides of the cover there are 63 diamonds (one for each member of the course), and each diamond has a sample of one student's work inside it.

This idea could work really well, as the work can be categorised depending on colour or content, or just be random. The shape could also be changed, as long as it can tesselate into a pattern it should hold the concept.

I think there is quite a lot to work with in this idea.
